Bryan Rendzio has held many titles; College Athlete, Attorney, Litigator, Arbitrator, Mediator, Circuit Court Judge, Husband, and Dad. His drive to create a space where community leaders and professionals come together to network and discuss politics drove Bryan to claim his most recent title – Founder of the St. Johns Tiger Bay Club in 2021.
About Bryan
Bryan is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is the highest peer review rating available for ethical and legal ability. His representation has involved owners, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, insurance carriers, and sureties in disputes involving insurance coverage issues, roof design, building envelope, water intrusion, and general construction issues.
In addition to his experience as a litigator and ADR professional, Bryan has served as a Circuit Judge where his docket consisted of a Unified Family Court (dissolution, paternity, juvenile delinquency, dependency, Baker Act hearings, guardianships, Marchman Act hearings, injunctions, and Risk Protection Orders).
When Bryan is not working, you’ll find him throwing a baseball with his son Lucas (10), hitting golf balls with Aiden (13), or playing mixed doubles with his wife, Stacy. Bryan is quiet, calculated, hilarious, and a hard worker. He and Stacy both have a shared passion for their family, the community, mentoring the next generation….and a glass of Cabernet!
Why Tiger Bay Club?
Tiger Bay Club was originally founded in Miami in 1964 as a non-partisan political club. There are now many chapters around Florida, and we are lucky to have one right here in St. Johns County. The membership consists of a diverse group of community leaders and professionals, lobbyists, and elected officials — of all ages — who share a passion for politics and public affairs. Although the club does not endorse candidates from either side, they are encouraged to speak at and attend events to inform those present. At the end of each monthly meeting, members are given the opportunity to ask questions of speakers and engage on a personal level.
The club is rooted in mutual respect, networking, mentoring, and community involvement….all of which are important to Bryan. The format allows for open and honest conversation between parties that lead to solutions and understanding to important issues. After all, it’s difficult to have a productive conversation if everyone is repeating the same thing.
But fun is also important! In addition to monthly meetings, there are evening happy hour events where members get to know each other! Head over to the events page to see what’s going on!
